Does this guarantee I get my whole deposit back?
No one can promise that, and we won't. Your landlord decides deductions, and things like damage, unpaid rent or lease fees are outside what a clean can fix. What we do is remove cleaning as a reason to deduct, and hand you dated photo evidence of the condition you left the place in.
What is in the photo report?
Timestamped photos of every room after the clean, with close-ups of the spots landlords check most: oven, fridge, bathroom, floors and baseboards. It comes as a link you can forward or save.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most renters leave a key or a lockbox code. The apartment should be empty of furniture and boxes so the crew can reach every corner.
When should I book?
Aim for the day after your movers and before your final walkthrough. Booking a week or two ahead gives you the best pick of dates.
What if my apartment has carpet or nail holes?
Add Carpet Steam or Wall Patch & Touch-Up to your move-out clean. Both show up in your photo report with before and after shots.
